By using Wallet Void (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wallet Void is a personal expense tracking application delivered as a Telegram Mini App. It allows users to log, manage, and analyse personal and shared expenses.

3. User Accounts

Access to the Service is granted via your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Telegram account.

4. Premium Subscription

• Certain features require a paid Premium subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at purchase.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are processed by Stripe or Telegram Stars. We do not store payment card data.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the Service's infrastructure without authorisation
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the security of the Service

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
