Wallet Void ("we", "our", "us") is an expense tracking service delivered as a Telegram Mini App. Our contact email is [email protected].

We collect the following data when you use Wallet Void:

• Telegram identity — your Telegram user ID, first name, last name, and username, provided automatically by Telegram when you open the Mini App.
• Expense data — amounts, descriptions, categories, dates, and any other details you enter manually.
• Receipt images — photos you upload for AI scanning. These are processed by a third-party AI provider and are not permanently stored.
• Payment data — if you upgrade to Premium via Stripe, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We receive only a confirmation of successful payment; we never see or store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Wallet Void service
• To process subscription payments and unlock Premium features
• To send you Telegram notifications for scheduled reminders (only if you set them up)
• To improve the service and fix bugs

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — to process payments (see Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• AI providers (Google Gemini / OpenAI) — only when you use the receipt scanning feature; images are processed and not retained
• DigitalOcean — for hosting and database infrastructure

5. Data Retention

Your expense data is retained for as long as you use the service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at [email protected].

6. Security

All data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database. Communication between your device and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

7. Your Rights

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the Telegram bot.
